Most orders are dispached directly from our warehouses within 24 hrs for your convenience and maximum efficiency.

How long does shipping take?

USA shipping time: 2-5 business days.
Australia & New Zeland : 7- 20 days.
EU & UK : 20-39 days.

Which shipping company do you use??

We send all shipments thru United States Postal Service(USPS).
Priority mail and First class shipping are services that we use.

How can I track my order?

As soon as we dispatch your order we will email you tracking number and instructions on how to track your order.

How can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your orders please contact us within 4 hours of placing an order.
It is not possible to cancel an order after it's been dispatched to postal service.

I have placed one order but received two tracking numbers. Why is that??

Sometimes it happens that available stock for products that you have ordered is located in 2 different storehouses and for that reason, you will receive your order in 2 different shipments. If it happens that you receive one before another, don't worry other will arrive soon.
